SHIPPING POLICY

-We will provide you free delivery all over Pakistan for orders valued at PKR 2,000 or above.

-PKR 199 will be charged for delivery all over Pakistan, for order value under PKR 2,000.

 

-We offer you Cash on Delivery (CoD) Service on your doorsteps.

 

-Order delivery time will be maximized to 5 - 7 working days.

 

-When the sale will be live there is a possibility that your order will deliver to you slightly late.

-If you pre-ordered a product the delivery time will increase to 5 - 10 days maximum.

 

-You have the right to cancel the order at any time before receiving a confirmation message via Email or WhatsApp.

-Once the order has been processed you will receive an email with the invoice of your product.

​

-In case of not receiving the product even after 7 or 10 working days, you must inform us on WhatsApp with the complete details of your order. We will set an inquiry regarding your claim. After inquiry, if it is confirmed that your claim is valid, then we will ship your order again to you without any extra charges.
